Tea Preparation

    Brew the Hibiscus Tea

    Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Once boiling, add the dried hibiscus flowers and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the tea into a pitcher.

    Sweeten the Tea

    While the tea is still warm, add honey or sugar to taste, stirring until dissolved.

Mixing the Drink

    Combine Ingredients

    In the pitcher with hibiscus tea, add 1 cup of fresh orange juice and 1 cup of lemonade. Stir well to combine.

    Chill

    Add ice cubes to the mixture and stir again. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving

    Garnish and Serve

    Pour the chilled Hibiscus Orange Tea into glasses. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves as desired. Serve immediately.
