Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the fingerling potatoes in half. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until fork-tender, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a skillet, cook the bacon or sausage over medium heat until crispy or browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside, keeping the drippings in the pan.

  3. 3

    Make Sweet Potato Turkey Hash

In the same skillet, add olive oil, diced onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the diced sweet potato and ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the sweet potato is tender and turkey is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your desired style (fried, scrambled, or poached). Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Serve

On a plate, serve the cooked eggs alongside the fingerling potatoes, hash (or bacon/sausage), and toast. Enjoy your hearty farmer's breakfast!
