Crispy Brussels Ingredients

Method

Crispy Brussels Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Season and Roast

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

  3. 3

Prepare the Chevre and Tabasco Mash

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix the chevre with Tabasco sauce in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Add Pork Skins

Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them with the pork rinds for an extra crunch.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the crispy Brussels sprouts topped with the chevre and Tabasco mash. Enjoy warm!
