Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the half chicken with salt and black pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and roast for about 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Make the Comeback Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Braised Green Beans

Cook the Green Beans
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the fresh green beans and vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the beans are tender.

In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and egg.
