Collect all the ingredients: white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, ice cubes, pineapple wedge, and maraschino cherry.

Blend the Drink
In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 cup of coconut cream, 1 cup of pineapple juice, and 1 cup of ice cubes.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
