Method
Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables

Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped red and green bell peppers and onion. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Assembling the Dish

Prepare Tortillas
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.

Assemble the Dish
Slice the grilled chicken into strips. On each tortilla, layer the sautéed vegetables, chicken strips, shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Roll the tortillas around the fillings, and serve immediately with additional sour cream and guacamole on the side.
