Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- 2
Cook Bacon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and crumble it into pieces.
- 3
Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- 4
Make Cream Sauce
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until thickened. Add the lobster meat and peas, and stir gently to combine.
- 5
Combine with Spaghetti
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing it in the lobster cream sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- 6
Season and Serve
Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley to taste. Serve immediately.
