Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Mix Crust Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, and salt. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Form the Crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.

Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool.
Filling Preparation

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add Sugar and Sour Cream
Gradually add granulated sugar and sour cream to the cream cheese, mixing until fully combined.

Mix in Vanilla and Eggs
Add the vanilla extract and then mix in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.

Finally, sift in the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.

Pour Filling Over Crust
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then, remove from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
