Preparing the Wings

Clean and Season
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure wings are evenly coated.

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wings and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Toss Wings in Sauce
In a large bowl, add the fried wings and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated.
Preparing the Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

Taste the dressing and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust as necessary.
