Prepare the Ribs

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the pork ribs.

Prepare Slow Cooker
Place the seasoned ribs into the slow cooker. Make sure they are arranged in a single layer for even cooking.
Make the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Add Sauce to Ribs
Pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the ribs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are well coated.
Cook the Ribs

Set Slow Cooker
Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook the ribs for 6-8 hours, or until they are tender and easily pull away from the bone.

Finish and Serve
Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a serving platter. You can brush additional BBQ sauce on top if desired. Serve hot.
