Method

Prepare the Ribs

  1. 1

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the pork ribs.

  2. 2

    Prepare Slow Cooker

Place the seasoned ribs into the slow cooker. Make sure they are arranged in a single layer for even cooking.

Make the BBQ Sauce

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  2. 4

    Add Sauce to Ribs

Pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the ribs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are well coated.

Cook the Ribs

  1. 5

    Set Slow Cooker

Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook the ribs for 6-8 hours, or until they are tender and easily pull away from the bone.

  2. 6

    Finish and Serve

Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a serving platter. You can brush additional BBQ sauce on top if desired. Serve hot.
