Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil.

  4. 4

    Grill the Burgers

Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

During the last couple of minutes of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill to toast them lightly.

  6. 6

Remove the patties and buns from the grill. Assemble your burgers by placing a turkey patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

  7. 7

    Serve
