Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Penne Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Let rest and then slice.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bacon Cream Sauce

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and crumble. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add the crumbled bacon and stir well. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, and the bacon cream sauce. Toss together until everything is well mixed.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the grilled chicken penne pasta warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
