Espresso Martini Preparation
1. Prepare the Cold Brew
If you haven't made the house made cold brew coffee, steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours, then strain.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Absolut Vodka, 3 Olive's Vanilla Vodka, Kahlua, and house made cold brew.
3. Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish
Garnish with three whole coffee beans on top.
6. Adjust Sweetness
If desired, add simple syrup to taste for sweetness before shaking.
