Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Burger Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty. Press gently to flatten them slightly.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Lemon Garlic Aioli Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Aioli

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

On each burger bun, spread a generous amount of the lemon garlic aioli. Place a cooked turkey patty on top, followed by slices of tomato, fresh spinach leaves, and sliced red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the Greek turkey burgers immediately with your choice of sides.
