Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the ingredients together until well mixed.

Form the Crab Cakes
Add the bread crumbs and beaten egg to the crab mixture. Mix gently until combined. Form the mixture into 8 equal patties.

Cook the Crab Cakes
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Mix the Tartar
In a bowl, combine the corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the Slaw
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well coated. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
