Blackened Ahi Tuna

Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Brush the ahi tuna steaks with olive oil on both sides. Generously coat the steaks with blackening seasoning.

Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot. Add the seasoned tuna steaks and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and salt.

Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Spicy Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth and thoroughly combined.

Warm Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Layer the warm tortillas with slices of blackened ahi tuna, a scoop of black beans, a generous amount of Asian slaw, and a drizzle of spicy aioli.
