Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  2. 4

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and let simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.

  3. 5

    Prepare Buffalo Sauce

In another saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, mix in hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  4. 6

    Glaze the Ribs

Once the ribs are done baking, remove them from the oven. Brush the BBQ sauce over half of the ribs and the buffalo sauce over the other half. Return to the oven uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Serving

  1. 7

    Slice and Serve

Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes after baking. Slice between the bones to separate the ribs. Serve with extra BBQ and buffalo sauce on the side.
