Method

Poke Bowl Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

In a bowl, combine the cubed ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped scallions. Mix gently and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make the Carrot Miso Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, rice vinegar, honey, and water until smooth. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Papaya Slaw

Julienne the papaya and carrot. Combine them in a bowl and toss with the carrot miso dressing.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a serving bowl, add a scoop of coconut rice as the base. Top with the marinated ahi tuna, papaya slaw, and crispy wontons. Drizzle with chili crisp and add slices of avocado if desired.
