Method
Preparation of Tofu

Prepare the Tofu
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.

Cook the Tofu
In a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, tofu cubes, and sauté until golden brown.

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, water, and cornstarch. Pour this mixture into the pan with the tofu and cook until the sauce thickens.
Wonton Preparation

Crisp the Wontons
In another pan, fry wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Spicy Aioli

Make the Aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
Assembly

Assemble the Wraps
To serve, place a spoonful of the tofu mixture in a lettuce leaf, top with chopped peanuts, sliced green onions, a crispy wonton, and drizzle with spicy aioli.
