Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Cooking the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat. Season the top sirloin with salt and black pepper. Add olive oil to the skillet or brush it on the grill. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Lobster Preparation

  1. 2

    Cooking the Lobster

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add lobster tails (split lengthwise) to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, basting with garlic butter. Drizzle lemon juice over the top before serving.

Crispy Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 3

    Making the Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes for a crispy top. Garnish with chives.

Asparagus Preparation

  1. 4

    Preparing the Asparagus

Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or roast in the oven at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
