Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Crab Cake Preparation

  1. 2

    Make the Crab Cakes

In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, and lemon juice. Form the mixture into patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and chives until smooth and creamy.

Asparagus Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Asparagus

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
