Wings

Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and vegetable oil until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.

  4. 4

    Prepare Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in Frank's RedHot Sauce until combined.

  5. 5

    Coat Wings

Once wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss until wings are evenly coated.

Making the Blue Cheese Dip

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 7

    Chill

Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
