Prepare the Steak
Remove the Tomahawk ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 1 hour before cooking.

Season the Steak
Generously season the steak on both sides with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add Aromatics
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the rosemary and smashed garlic cloves to the skillet.

Finish Cooking
Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare).

Rest the Steak
Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Mash the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth.

Prepare for Baking
Transfer the mashed potatoes to a baking dish and spread them evenly. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

Garnish
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and trim the asparagus. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Roast the Vegetables
Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
