Preparation of the Dip

1. Mix the Base Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth.

2. Add the Crab and Seasonings

Gently fold in the crab meat, pickled fresno peppers (diced), chopped green onions, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

3. Chill the Dip

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat. Slice the artisan sourdough loaf into 1-inch thick slices.
