Wings

Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Making the Parmesan Dip

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. 6

    Season the Dip

Add salt and pepper to the dip according to your taste, mixing well to combine.

  3. 7

    Chill the Dip

Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with the chilled Parmesan dip on the side.
