Method

Herb Crush Salmon

1

Prepare the Herb Mixture

In a food processor, combine the fresh parsley, fresh dill, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Process until you achieve a smooth paste.

2

Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

3

Bake the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Mashed Potatoes

4

Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized chunks. Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.

5

Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Vegetables

6

Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the green beans and peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

7

Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the green beans and continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Season with salt and black pepper.
