Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the Dough
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and gradually pour in the wet ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape the Naan
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it into an oval or circle about 1/4 inch thick.

Cook the Naan
Place one naan on the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve the crispy naan warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or alongside your favorite dishes.
