Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the pork ribs with your favorite dry rub and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.

  3. 3

    Prepare Your Choice of Meat

While the ribs are cooking, prepare your choice of additional meat (Pulled Pork, Brisket, Turkey, Ham, Sausage, or 1/4 Chicken). Season as desired and cook according to the type of meat (e.g., pulled pork can be slow-cooked, brisket can be smoked, etc.).

  4. 4

    Serve

Once the ribs and your choice of meat are ready, plate them together. Optionally, serve with barbecue sauce on the side.
