Pulled Pork

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Pulled Pork

In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

2

Make the Spicy Cole Slaw

In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well combined and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3

Prepare Bubba's Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

4

Assemble the Sandwich

Once the pork is cooked, shred it with forks. Toast the buns and layer with pulled pork, spicy cole slaw, and drizzle with Bubba's sauce. Serve immediately.
