Preparation
Prepare the Pulled Pork
In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
Make the Spicy Cole Slaw
In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well combined and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Prepare Bubba's Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Sandwich
Once the pork is cooked, shred it with forks. Toast the buns and layer with pulled pork, spicy cole slaw, and drizzle with Bubba's sauce. Serve immediately.
