Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meat

Trim any excess fat from the beef brisket and chicken thighs. Season all meats generously with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Combine your favorite BBQ sauce with the pork ribs and let them marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving some of the bacon grease in the skillet.

  4. 4

    Sear the Meats

In the same skillet with reserved bacon grease, sear the beef brisket and chicken thighs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  5. 5

    Cook the Italian Sausage

Add the Italian sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  6. 6

    Slow Cook All The Meat

In a slow cooker, layer the seared brisket, chicken thighs, cooked ribs, cooked sausage, and crispy bacon. Pour any remaining BBQ sauce over the top, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, shred the brisket and chicken thighs if desired. Serve all the meats on a platter with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
