Veggie Burger Preparation

Prepare the Walnut Mixture
In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely chopped but not powdered. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Combine Ingredients
Add the organic eggs, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the walnuts. Mix until well combined.

Form the Patties
Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties. If the mixture is too wet, add more bread crumbs as needed.

Cook the Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
Place each patty on a bun, then layer with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, diced raw onions, and drizzle with special sauce.
