    In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently into the ricotta mixture.

    Fill the Cannoli Shells

    Using a piping bag, fill each cannoli shell with the ricotta filling. Make sure to fill both ends for an even distribution.
