- 1
Chill glass
Place a rocks glass in the freezer for 5β10 minutes or fill the glass with ice and let sit while you prepare ingredients to properly chill the glass.
- 2
Prepare glass
If you used ice to chill the glass, discard that ice. Fill the chilled rocks glass with fresh large ice cubes or crushed ice to the top.
- 3
Build the drink
Pour 2 oz Noble Cut Limoncello into the glass over the ice. Add 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice to brighten the cocktail. If you prefer a slightly sweeter spritz, stir in 0.25 tsp simple syrup now; otherwise omit.
- 4
Add Prosecco and soda
Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco into the glass. Top with 1 oz chilled soda water. Pour gently to preserve bubbles and create a layered, effervescent texture.
- 5
Lightly stir
Using a bar spoon or long spoon, give the drink one or two gentle turns to integrate ingredients without flattening the bubbles.
- 6
- 7
Serve
Serve immediately while cold and effervescent on the rocks.
