Build and serve
Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (about 1 cup). Add Paddy's Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, and house sour mix into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds to chill and lightly dilute.

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.

Top with 2 oz club soda (or soda water). Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to incorporate soda without knocking out carbonation.
