Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Thaw and Drain Spinach

Thaw the frozen chopped spinach in the refrigerator overnight or in the microwave. Once thawed, drain excess moisture by pressing the spinach with a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

    Add Spinach and Parmesan

Fold in the drained spinach and grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. 4

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the spinach dip mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top. Optionally, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top for a golden crust.

  5. 5

    Serve

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
