Prepare the Patties
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined, then form into 4 equal patties.

Cook the Patties
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped onions, green bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Make the Gravy
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until gravy thickens.

Serve
Place the hamburger patties on a plate and spoon the sautéed vegetables and gravy over the top. Serve hot.
