Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. If frying, heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. If grilling, cook on a preheated grill for about 6-8 minutes per side.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sandwich

Once the chicken is cooked, place a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast and allow it to melt slightly. Spread dill pickle aioli on the bottom half of the sandwich bun.

  4. 4

    Add Fried Pickles

Add a generous amount of fried pickles on top of the aioli, followed by the chicken breast with melted cheese. Top with the other half of the sandwich bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the fried pickle chicken sandwich warm and enjoy!
