Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dilly Pickle Aioli

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fried Pickles

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip pickle slices in batter and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Make the Burger Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Add provolone cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the burger buns. Place the cooked patty on the bottom bun, top with fried pickles, and drizzle with dill pickle aioli. Add the top bun and serve.
