Juicing the Lemons
Roll the lemons on a hard surface to soften them. Cut the lemons in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. You should have about 1 cup of lemon juice.

Preparing the Mint
Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cool water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Making the Lemonade

Mixing Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 4 cups of water. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Adding Mint
Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the mint leaves into the lemonade mixture to release their flavor.

Chilling
Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
