Kebab Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

Soak Wooden Skewers
While the chicken marinates, soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Assemble Skewers
After marinating, thread the chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Combine Ingredients
In a food processor, add the canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed), tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, water, salt, and ground cumin.

Blend until Smooth
Process the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the hummus is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lemon juice to taste.

Serve
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
