Prepare the Potato Wedges
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and return to the oven to melt.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
