Fritter Preparation

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Make the Fritter Batter
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Combine Fillings and Batter
Add the filling mixture to the batter and fold gently until the filling is evenly distributed.

Fry the Fritters
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, take a spoonful of the fritter mixture and carefully drop it into the oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the fritters hot with spicy beer mustard and Mary Rose sauce on the side for dipping.
