Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and prepare them for cooking, chop mushrooms, slice tomatoes, and slice the bangers, rashers, and puddings as needed.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Meats

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bangers and rashers until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add black pudding and white pudding slices and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy.

  2. 3

    Cook the Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Remove the meats from the skillet and sauté the sliced mushrooms until golden, about 5 minutes. Add the sliced tomato to the pan and grill for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  3. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, prepare the eggs to your preferred style (fried, scrambled, or poached).

  4. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Boil the Celtic potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and serve whole or mashed.

  5. 6

    Heat the Baked Beans

Warm the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat until heated through.

  6. 7

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of Irish soda bread until golden brown.

Serving

  1. 8

    Assemble the Breakfast

Plate the cooked bangers, rashers, black and white pudding, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, Celtic potatoes, baked beans, and the eggs. Serve with toasted Irish soda bread on the side.
