Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir well. Fold in cooked chicken, steak, bangers, corned beef, bacon, green chile, broccoli, tomato, jalapeno, and red onion.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
