Ingredients for PUB BURGER

Method

Directions to prepare PUB BURGER

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

Season the Aspen Ridge beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Place the seasoned beef patty in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patty and place the cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Brioche Bun

During the last minute of cooking, split the brioche bun and place it cut-side down in the skillet to toast lightly.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patty with melted cheese onto the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. If making a slopper, add the green chile on top of the patty before placing the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the PUB BURGER immediately with your choice of sides.
