Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pancake Batter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Honey Butter

In a small bowl, mix the remaining butter with honey until well combined.

  4. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet as the bacon, crack the eggs and cook them to your preference (scrambled, sunny-side up, etc.).

  6. 6

    Assemble the Platter

Serve two pancakes on a plate with a dollop of honey butter on top. Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes. Add the cooked eggs and bacon on the side.
