Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before flaking into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salad

While the salmon is resting, slice the avocado, hull and slice the strawberries, and thinly slice the red onion and cucumber. In a large bowl, combine the sliced avocado, strawberries, red onion, and cucumber.

  3. 3

    Make the Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Salad

Add the grilled salmon to the bowl with the salad ingredients. Drizzle with the honey balsamic vinaigrette and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately.
