Prepare the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk in the olive oil until emulsified. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare the Salad
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add it to a large salad bowl.

Assemble the Salad
Add the grilled chicken breast (or shrimp if substituting) to the bowl with lettuce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add croutons.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.

Plate the salad and serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
