Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Lightly butter one side of each slice of marble rye bread.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Spread Mary Rose sauce on the unbuttered side of the remaining two slices of bread and place them on top, sauce side down.

  3. 3

    Grill the Sandwich

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet and grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Slice and Serve

Once grilled to your preference, remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
