Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Proteins
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add sliced Andouille sausage and shrimp, stirring until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove proteins from skillet and set aside.
- 3
Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- 4
Make the Sauce
Add canned diced tomatoes (with juices) and heavy cream to the vegetables. Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 5
Combine Everything
Return the cooked chicken, shrimp, and sausage to the skillet. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 6
Serve
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
